This online payment system provided by SALCC have used reasonable endeavours to ensure that access to information provided and the payments you make whilst using this site are secure. Additionally the College uses anti-virus software to minimise the risk of infection from viruses etc. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms.

Your payment details are automatically encrypted when you enter them. This site is secured using a SSL Web Server Certificate to offer you secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. 

Where information provided by you whilst using the online card payment service is inaccurate or does not agree with SALCC’s records you may not be able to make a payment using the service. It is your responsibility to ensure that the College is advised of changes to personal information.

Where information is presented within the online card payment service, it is to facilitate payment of amounts due to the College. The College separately advises fees and charges and it is your responsibility to pay all fees and charges due irrespective of how they may be shown in the online card payment service.

Your use of the online payment system is subject to and constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 

Payment of student fees 

You will have been advised by the appropriate College authority of the sums payable for tuition fees. 

In order for you to settle your fees efficiently, the College have made available this online payment facility, which we refer to as the Students Payment website. 

 

Online Payments 

IMPORTANT: Please read carefully before using the online payment facility. By submitting a payment through the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College (“SALCC”) online-payments site you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the submission of your payment. Other payment options are available.

 Payments are taken in Eastern Caribbean dollars (XCD)

 If you are paying via the ‘Student Login’ you can expect your payment to show against your Student account within 4 – 5 working days. 

 We cannot accept liability for a payment not reaching the correct Student account due to you quoting an incorrect ID number or incorrect personal details. 

 Neither can we accept liability if payment is refused or declined by the credit/debit card supplier for any reason. 

 If the card supplier declines payment, the College is under no obligation to bring this fact to your attention. You should check with your banking institution that payment has been deducted from your account. 

 The data that you provide during this transaction will only be used for the purpose of recording your payment. We shall abide by the principles of our Privacy Policy and ensure that the data is used for no other purposes and is disclosed to no third party, except in respect of data that it is necessary to provide to the College e-commerce provider. The College's e-commerce provider will retain some personal information so that we can access payment records in the event of queries or incomplete payment information. Any credit/debit card details given by you will not be retained in their entirety. Information will only be retained for a reasonable period and then destroyed. 

 Refunds for payments taken online, if applicable, will only be made to the credit/debit card used for the original transaction. This is in line with the College’s general refund policy.
